I hope everyone has made a good start to 2018. As part of the training programme for this year, we will be dedicating the session on Thursday 18th January to run the first fitness test for this year. We plan to repeat the fitness test in 6 months time so you can see your improvements.
The fitness test will cover a combination of body and heart rate measurements (weight optional), flexibility, strength, power and endurance. All information will be kept confidential.
If you would like to participate please bring a pen, stopwatch (such as your mobile phone) and a bottle of water.
Feel free to bring any friends that would like to take part. The costs will be the same as a normal class.
